• I started visiting Dr. Kaminski in October/November of 2005. on recommendation of a massage therapist. I had been suffering from migraines and neck and shoulder stiffness for 2 years. I was to the point of taking OTC pain medication 3-4 times a week. I’d never heard of the Active Release Technique, but read a brochure and it struck a chord with me. It made sense. At my first visit, the office staff made me feel at ease and Dr. Kaminski immediately knew he could help me. He explained the problem (trapped nerves and tendons) and started the Active Release Technique treatment on my pectoral muscles, shoulders, head and neck. At first it was a little painful, but very manageable and I was amazed to be able to feel the actual release in my soft tissue. Incredible! After just a few minutes I felt better than I had in months. My head pain drained away and my range of motion increased tremendously – just on the first visit. The professional staff gave me exercises to do at home and that reinforced what Dr. Kaminski had done. It has kept me pain free ever since. Even my posture has improved. In about 4 visits to his office, Dr. Kaminski made my life easier and pain free. I’d like to thank the entire staff and highly recommend Dr. Kaminski.
